ABOUT JENNY

Jenny Trees is a facilitator, teacher, spiritual director, and mentor, who loves helping leaders, teams, and individuals grow more fully into who they were designed to be.  She uses a variety of tools in this process, both to help people discover where they are gifted, as well as aiding teams to understand who is sitting with them around the table and how they can best work together.

 

An ordained minister and Spiritual Director, Jenny is a certified Enneagram teacher and Life Mapping Facilitator and has used these skills to help numerous teams and individuals.  As an Enneagram ‘3’, Jenny is passionate about helping teams find efficient and effective ways to advance mission.  As a spiritual director, Jenny desires to listen deeply to those she sits with so they can feel heard and understood.  

 

She received her Masters in Christian Formation and was certified in Spiritual Direction through North Park Seminary in Chicago, IL.  Jenny served as the Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Staff Development at Hillside Covenant Church for 14 years.  She is currently on the teaching staff of Journey Center Association’s Spiritual Direction Formation Program. 

 

 Jenny lives in Walnut Creek, California.  When she is not working she can be found spending time with her husband and three grown sons playing board games or floating or paddle boarding in their favorite lake.
