Jenny facilitated an Enneagram Workshop for our team of 12 stunning colleagues. Our team is growing, and we are learning to collaborate in a primarily virtual work environment. As we grow, we desire to build trust and integrate new people well. Through this workshop, we wanted to learn more about one another and deepen our connection as a team. Jenny tailored the 3-hour workshop to meet the needs and objectives of our group. We appreciate the preparation she put into designing the agenda for the time and her flexibility to focus on key areas that our team leaned into. Her transparency set a tone of openness, encouraging open and honest dialog. The conversation was also robust and vulnerable. We learned valuable information about our personalities and centers and how our Enneagram types influence our team structure. We also learned how to work better together as a team.
Jenny's LifeMapping Workshop provided a powerful, meaningful and creative way for us to recall our life experiences and see God's big picture play out in our lives. Our group really enjoyed seeing how God truly was working seemingly unrelated events, both good and bad, out for our good. Jenny's encouraging teaching segment leading up to our mapping time truly set us up for success in her workshop.
We are so blessed to have Jenny on the staff of our 2-year Spiritual Director Formation program! Not only is she a gifted and insightful spiritual director, she is also a wonderful coach and teacher for the interns in our program who have been called to this ministry. The Pacific Southwest Conference (PSWC) Executive Board is composed of nine members. Three new members join the board each year, as three rotate off. Together with the eight PSWC staff members, the enneagram has been used each fall as an essential team building tool to develop critically important connections between the board and staff. Taking the enneagram journey has resulted in laughter, a good understanding of each other, and deep respect for the God given gifts possessed by each person. Jenny Trees, a certified expert in the enneagram, has done a masterful job of leading us through the process. I recommend Jenny to any church or organization interested in this effective team building work.
